At In Situ Food Co., we have set out to create a company that promotes global change-makers producing delicious chocolate and coffee. Our products are everyday luxuries elevating the conversation of what it means to buy consciously.

Small companies all over the global tropics are adding value to their products (roasting coffee and manufacturing chocolate) in the countries and communities where they are grown. This model directly challenges an old system of extraction and exploitation built on imperialist ideas.

Our artisan makers create prosperous local jobs and transparently pay higher prices to farmers. These higher prices empower farmers to improve the lives of their families and to care for their land with quality and conservation in mind, producing finer flavor crops and end products. The care and attention given to the process, from the forest to the final product, allow our makers to express their regions' unique flavor terroirs. The nuance and diversity of flavor in our chocolate and coffee speaks for itself!
