TIBITÓ is a celebration of the distinct flavors, aromas, and textures of Colombian cacao, artisanally produced to preserve the traditions of one of the world’s best cacaos. 

A father and daughters-led team in Bogotá, Colombia, buys fermented cacao from five (and growing) single origins throughout the country. The company is committed to direct trade, buying straight from farmers and cooperatives, paying 1.5 to 2 times the “fair trade” market price for cacao. Their inclusion bars use Colombian-grown goods like coffee, citrus, herbs, coconut, and milk, further honoring home-grown agriculture and ecosystems. 

Tibitó produces bean-to-bar chocolate made by hand in small batches allowing for quality to be meticulously monitored along each process step. And the beautiful packaging is designed by local artists making each bar a delight to all senses and a unique gift for your special chocolate-loving friends.
