We want your order to arrive to you in perfect condition! We pay close attention to the temperature our dear chocolate will travel through because, just like us, it is sensitive to the heat!

Orders traveling where the temperature reaches 75F and above are packed using insulated box liners with ice. Orders are sent USPS Priority, typically 2-3 days depending on the shipping zone.

We will only ship orders on Mondays and Tuesdays during summer to avoid damaged chocolate. However, we reserve the right to hold orders when the temperature is over 100F.

Cooler temperatures bring much more flexibility!

We offer free shipping on orders over $75.

Things happen, and we want you to be happy with your experience. However, customers need to know that shipping chocolate in warm weather is inherently risky.

If your order arrives melted or damaged, please snap a photo of your damaged chocolate and send us a message at info@insitufoodco.com within 24 hours of receiving your order. We will gladly refund your order or replace the chocolate.
