70% single-origin dark chocolate from the Dak Lak (central highlands bordering Cambodia) province of Vietnam. TBROS has cacao trees here in Dak Lak and buys wet cacao beans directly from farmers. These beans are fermented and dried using TBROS's unique fermentation method.
